The colour of one rose,
brewed in the apothecary at dawn.
Florvella refuses blends. Each tin holds the petals of one flower, picked from a single garden in a single week, then shade-dried until they release their colour into glass.

Rosa damascena · Lucknow harvest

Matricaria chamomilla · Kashmir foothills

Hibiscus sabdariffa · Bengal courtyard
Most floral teas are crushed and mixed beyond recognition. Florvella will not. The rose in your cup is the rose your eye recognises — full petals, kept whole through drying, sealed unbroken.
If you cannot identify the flower from the leaf, we have failed you. We have not yet failed you.
Each flower is grown by a single grower. We do not source from auctions or aggregators.
Picked by hand at first light, when the volatile oils are still in the petal.
Shade-dried for ten to fourteen days on cotton muslin. Never machine-tumbled.
Weighed in two-pan brass scales. Each batch is 500 tins, each tin is signed.
Sealed with wax in Lucknow, recorded in the export ledger, shipped within the week.
Three tins in an aged-teak box, brass-clasped, lined in hand-loomed cotton. Sent with a hand-numbered card and a note from the harvester.
